RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to love your Sensurae products. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Faulty or damaged items If your product arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at info@sensurae.com.au with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, and we will cover all return postage costs.
Change of mind We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully.
How to return Once your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return label. Please ensure items are securely packaged for return.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
